Scientific Name: Jasminum grandiflorum. Family: OLEACEAE Jasmine is a climbing shrub, which grows up to three meters high. The leaves are made up of three or four pairs of leaflets and a terminal leaflets. The flowers are grouped in terminal inflorescences. They are white, slightly rose-colored along the outside and especially in the bud, and form a long odoriferous tube.

It blooms from July to October. Absolute Jasmine is extracted by volatile solvents. It odor is fresh, flowery, delicate and light. It is widely used in the perfume Industry.
