Scientific Name: Angelica archangelica. Family: APIACEAE. CAS: 84775-41-7. A hardy triennial or semi-hardy tree which can
grow to over 2 m high. Its tall stem is hollow and its sparse basal flowers are pinnate. The flower is greenish white blooms
form huge clusters of rounded umbels. It blooms in the summer. Countries of Origin: Poland, Germany, France. It is produced
via the steam distillation of seeds or fresh and dried roots. Odor: Earthy aroma, musk, pepper, with a delicate green note.
It is colorless to pale yellow and darken with age. Widely used in perfumery of eau de toilettes for men and women. Middle
base perfume note.
